Detailed Product Description

1. Working Principle:

- The airlock valve, or named rotary valve, rotary airlock valve.

- Composed of three-phrase AC asynchronous motor, motor reducer and rotary blades.

- The material dropped down from the top, to fill up the blanks among the blades and be discharged through the rotating of blades.

- Rotary airlock systems allow free flowing solids to pass from one valve space to another valves space with a different air pressure.

2. Application:

-The airlock valve is applied to discharge granulator/powder material or add granulator/powder material either in pneumatic conveying system.

- It is a necessary device for ventilation and removing dust system.

- Rotary valves are useful as one component in a bulk or specialty material handling system.

- Rotary Airlock Feeders have wide application in industry wherever dry free-flowing powders, granules, crystals, or pellets are used.

- Typical discharge materials include: cement, sugar, minerals, grains, plastics, dust, fly ash, flour, gypsum, lime, coffee, cereals, pharmaceuticals and so on.

Application Areas:

(1).Silo Discharge: The rotary valve placed under the silo or dust collection system is used to control the bulk solid discharge.
(2).Dosage Control: By controlling the rotation speed of the airlock feeder, volumetric metering and dosing of granular solids is achieved.
(3).Pneumatic Transportation: The airlock mounted under a cyclone is used for discharging the cyclone.
(4).Pneumatic Transportation: Rotary valves mounted under cyclones, silos or hoppers are used to feed the pneumatic conveying line.

3.Characteristics:

- It can work stably with high efficiency

- With external bearings and motor-reducer, it can work under 280 °C.

- The material can be cast iron,carbon steel, stainless steel;

- Rotors can be made especially according to users requirement.

- Minimum gap between blade and body can lock the air efficiently.

- Driving method can be direct model or chain model.

- Precision machining of the components.
